Yoga is a profound enquiry into the nature of self through the mediums of breath awareness, self reflection, movement and stillness. In this workshop we will start with an energizing and regulating practice including bandhas, Kriyas and asana to meet our needs for both the external everyday life and the inner life that is the maker of meaning.

The afternoon is dedicated to a reflection on the practice of Samyama as defined in chapter III of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra. The day concludes with a stabilizing pranayama, relaxation and a finishing mudra. This is an opportunity to immerse yourself into a profoundly integrated practice to come to a place of deeper understanding and contentment.
